Partners Terms And Condition

1. Introduction

Welcome to join.dinebd.com, a  sub-domain of Dinebd Limited. By registering as a  Partner on our platform, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Upon successful preliminary registration, a written contract agreement must be signed with Dinebd Limited to fully onboard as a  Partner.

6. Rights of Dinebd Limited

We reserve the right to:

Review, accept, or reject any  registration at our discretion.

Update, modify, or terminate any services or features on our platform.

Use the data provided by you for analytics, promotional activities, or improving the platform’s functionality.

 

7. Listing:

Partners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their , including menu items, prices, and business hours. The Platform reserves the right to edit or remove content that is deemed inappropriate or misleading.

 

8. Bookings and Reservations:

Partners agree to honor all reservations made through the Platform. In case of unexpected closures, the Partner is responsible for informing customers with a reservation in a timely manner.

 

9. Fees and Payments:

The Platform may charge a commission for every booking made through the site. Commission rates will be communicated to Partners in advance and can be reviewed in the Partner dashboard. Payments to the Platform are due monthly and failure to pay on time may result in suspension or removal from the site.

 

10. Customer Data:

All customer data gathered through the Platform belongs to the Platform. Partners are prohibited from using customer data for any purposes other than fulfilling reservations. Partners must adhere to all local and international data protection laws.

 

11. Reviews and Feedback:

Customers may leave reviews and ratings for Partners on the Platform. Partners may respond to reviews but must do so in a respectful and professional manner. The Platform reserves the right to remove reviews or responses that violate our community guidelines.

 

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

By providing a written notice of 30 days.

Without notice if any breach of these terms occurs.

 

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the tenure of the partnership without the consent of the other party.

 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

 

15. Disclaimer

Dinebd Limited does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform, and operations may be interfered with by numerous factors outside our control.

16. Allergen Disclaimer

Dinebd Limited is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from consuming food ordered through our platform. It is the responsibility of the Partner to provide accurate allergen information on their menu items. Users with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to contact the Partner directly to inquire about allergen information and make informed choices.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dinebd Limited harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

 

18. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify  Partners of any changes through the email address provided during registration.
